Permitted game files

Only import and use games, ROMs, disc images, box art or BIOS material that you are legally authorized to possess and use. Replay Harbor does not provide commercial games, copy-protected firmware, or console BIOS files. Owning a physical cartridge does not necessarily authorize distributing ROM copies to others.

Public arcade content

Public games are limited to our own original games or titles and artwork we are authorized to distribute. Personal libraries in the current build are local to the user's browser and not a public sharing service.

Technical limitations

Emulator compatibility varies by system, file format, browser, input device and hardware. Some console selections are experimental or future placeholders; a listed system is not a guarantee of playable support. Offline availability depends on which files have been cached, and some emulator components require an internet connection.

Local game data

Browser storage can be cleared, lost, or exhausted. Users should retain backups of their own game files. Saved metadata and cover art exports are not copies of the original ROMs.

Intellectual property and future public uploads

Public game sharing, moderation, user registration and hosted game uploads are not implemented yet. Before launching them, the site will require suitable intellectual-property rules, rights verification, reporting and takedown processes, and additional operational policies.

Use of this preview

This version is provided as a work-in-progress demonstration and may change. Do not depend on experimental compatibility, uninterrupted service or browser storage as a sole archive of personal data.

These are provisional website terms, not a substitute for legal review before opening a public upload or subscription service.
